Divine Bloom LLC

Terms of
Service.

Last updated August 17, 2026

These terms apply when you use Divine Bloom's website, request an experience, communicate with our team, or place an order for products or services.

Orders and inquiries

Please provide accurate buyer, recipient, delivery, venue, and payment information. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. An order or experience is confirmed only after Divine Bloom accepts it and any required payment is received.

Availability and artistic discretion

Flowers and materials are seasonal. When a specific bloom, color, or material is unavailable, we may make a thoughtful substitution of equal or greater value while preserving the overall palette, scale, and design intention. Each arrangement is individually composed and may vary from reference photography.

Delivery and experiences

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, venue access, recipient availability, and other circumstances can affect timing. The customer is responsible for accurate delivery and access instructions. Delivery-date and address changes should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled window and are subject to availability; a redelivery after a failed attempt may require an additional delivery fee. When severe weather makes travel, setup, or floral handling unsafe, Divine Bloom may delay, reschedule, or make a reasonable service adjustment; we will first work toward completing the service at the nearest appropriate time. For experiences and event styling, the approved quote, venue requirements, and any separate service agreement govern the final scope, timing, deposit, and change terms.

Experience reservation and payment

For Bloom Bar, Bloom Suite, picnics, and other custom experiences, a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the approved proposal is due to reserve the date. The retainer is applied toward the total price; a date is not held until the approved proposal or agreement and retainer are both received. The remaining balance is due 21 calendar days before the scheduled experience, unless the approved quote states otherwise. Bookings made within 21 days require payment in full when confirmed.

Changes, rescheduling, and cancellation

Written requests received at least 21 calendar days before the event may be moved one time to a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. The retainer transfers to that new date; changes to scope, venue, season, market cost, or logistics may require a revised quote. The retainer is not refundable.

If an experience is cancelled fewer than 21 days before its date, payments already made are non-refundable because the date, design time, materials, and staffing may already be committed. If Divine Bloom cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer a comparable reschedule or refund amounts paid for the unprovided service. Our Delivery & Returns Policy explains how to report an order concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Payments and communications

Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and any retainer are shown or confirmed before payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing a phone number and selecting a communication channel, you agree that we may send messages needed to manage your inquiry, order, or delivery, subject to your communication preferences and applicable consent rules.
